Control system

Control system plays an important role in each and every industries. It is an amazing concept that are still being used in almost every industries or factories throughout the globe. Man labor are reduced during 1980’s, many business people started using robots and other autonomous machines rather directly implementing the work with help of manual labor. Control system brings new era in engineering with machines. It has been subdivided in to linear or feedback and sequential or logic controls. There is new concept known as fuzzy logic control in this field. This fuzzy logic control system will take corresponding logic action that we have already defined in the system. Coming to the basic method that is, feedback control system, input signal will given to machine through a controller or a mixer. After reaching the machine, the signal later passes through the output and to next instrument or device. This output signal is taken and given to the mixer through a feedback system. The mixer checks feedback signal with input signal, if there is a difference, it takes corresponding action so that the user gets the desired result. If not, mixer will continue to produce the same result throughout the process.
